Jae Tips x Saucony ProGrid Triumph 4 Flowers Grow Uptown Poison Ivy

This weekend, the sneaker world descends upon Las Vegas. Yeah, plenty of people will be there to hit the casino, catch a show, or enjoy the nightlife, but we’re all there for ComplexCon. The event brings together just about every notable person in the sneaker and streetwear scene as well as brands small and large. Over the years, it has played host to a series of exclusive sneaker releases, and that will continue in 2025. Of the many exclusive drops taking place this weekend, Jae Tips, the famed rapper-turned-designer, is dropping the Saucony ProGrid Triumph 4 Poison Ivy.

Earlier in October, Tips dropped his Flowers Grow Uptown collection with Saucony, which featured three different colorways of the ProGrid Triumph 4. These, alongside the upcoming Poison Ivy pair, are inspired by native foliage of the Bronx, something that Jae Tips would see on his daily walks in the NYC borough. “Taking my kids to school and running errands, I began to notice the plants and beauty around me, which became a metaphor for finding beauty in the struggle. In my career, I have found all the inspiration I need in my immediate surroundings— and my path has become a metaphor for a flower that grows uptown.”

Jae Tips has reserved the Poison Ivy colorway for ComplexCon, with the pair leaning into his signature color palette. Bright vibrant red takes over the breathable mesh base, while a mixture of baby blue, yellow, green, black, and grey are found on the various panels. Tips’ floral design also appears on the tongue tag, while his signature and Savior Worldwide logo make an appearance on the insole. More Savior branding and nods to Uptown are found on the lateral heel and medial midfoot.
