Jae Tips Debuts His Saucony ProGrid Triumph 4 Flowers Grow Uptown Collection at Paris Fashion Week
Published
Saucony has a deep-rooted history in the performance running category, but in recent years, the brand has taken a slight pivot into streetwear and high fashion. Helping spearhead this is Jae Tips, the rapper-turned-fashion-designer who has become one of the most celebrated collaborators in all of sneakers thanks to his five projects with the Pennsylvania-based footwear brand. For Paris Fashion Week, Jae Tips will debut his sixth project with Saucony — Flowers Grow Uptown.
Tips first teased us with an image of a red-based Saucony ProGrid Triumph 4 yesterday. However, this morning, he took to his social media to formally announce the project's title and reveal multiple colorways of the silhouette. Leaning into his floral aesthetic, the Flowers Grow Uptown Collection has four different colorways: red, pink, purple, and green. Each features the titular hue on the open-spaced mesh base. Tonal colors and accenting shades land on the leather paneling around the mudguard, midfoot, and heel.

ProGrid branding on the TPU heel counter is replaced with "UPTOWN" text, a nod to Jae Tips' Bronx roots. His floral motifs are front and center on the midfoot panel, and the flower design associated with his projects is rendered in black. Another floral design marks the tongue tag. Finishing the design is a tonal foam midsole with accenting hits on the heel pods and a tonal outsole.
The Jae Tips x Saucony ProGrid Triumph 4 Flowers Grow Uptown Collection will release in Fall/Winter 2025 through Jae Tips’ website, Saucony, and possibly select retailers online and in-store. Those in Paris can preview the collection during Paris Fashion Week.
