This NIL stuff is getting out of hand. Just kidding, this “signature” shoe for Halo, the 10-year-old basketball-obsessed son of rapper 2 Chainz, isn’t part of a name, image, and likeness deal for the pre-teen. Instead, the collaboration with 3D sneaker printing experts Zellerfeld is the first project from Halo’s self-titled brand, an ambitious reshaping of what it means to be a signature athlete, presumably funded by his famous father.

Billing Halo as the youngest athlete ever with a signature sneaker, the Halo brand HALO 1 is a one-piece, 3D printed slip-on with a sleek but bulky design debuting in five colorways: black, oat, red, orange, and blue. Each colorway features a textured design on the toecap, side panels, and footbed, with smooth support panels running between them.

It’s not exactly clear whether the shoe is made to be worn on the court, but we’re guessing this one is best worn before and after the game. Zellerfeld, the Germany-based brand leading the 3D printed shoe industry, has worked with big brands like Louis Vuitton and Nike in the past, and in the new partnership with Halo, the brand will take a 60/40 split on all profits.

“Watching Halo move with this level of confidence at ten is different,” said 2 Chainz. “Basketball taught me discipline. Music taught me how to create. Seeing Halo bring those together with technology through Zellerfeld makes me proud. What he’s building at this age is special. This is just the beginning.”

The Halo brand x Zellerfeld HALO 1 will be released December 9, 2025 through Zellerfeld. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $139. For all the latest 3D printed sneaker news, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
