DJ Khaled was up late last night like the rest of The Bronx. After a rush at the gates ahead of night 3 of Jay-Z’s Extra Innings Yankee Stadium concert series, a hours-long delay pushed the start time of the show past midnight. Like the rest of the anxious crowd, Khaled waited and finally got the payoff he was hoping for with the longest show of the weekend, featuring the most guests and most tracks.
Another One
Before the show, Khaled was making the most of his NYC trip, tapping in with Steven Victor to pop the trunk on a new pair of collab Air Force 1 Low ‘01 that matched the guts of Victor’s Maybach. We’ve already seen another Victor, Victor Wembanyama, debut two colorways of the dog head collab in black and yellow, with a white-on-white in the ‘07 cut kicking things off in 2024, and now, the collab gets a fourth pair in red.
Featuring a full coat of red leather on the reworked retro upper shape, the colorway adds a white Swoosh, tongue and heel logo, and midsole for contrast, with a return to red on the AIR logo at the medial heel. A black outsole switches things up, and Victor Victor’s dog head logo is featured prominently on the lateral heel and the box.
