Devin Vassell Preps for the NBA Finals with a Gold PE Pair of Nike Book 2s

The NBA Finals are set to be one for the history books. The Knicks are entering the championship battle on the hottest of hot streaks, in a city painted orange and blue with anticipation, while the Spurs look to bring Wemby into the pantheon of greats and solidify themselves as the next young team to reach the pinnacle of the mountain.

Good as Gold

With the trophy painted in gold at center court in San Antonio, Spurs guard Devin Vassell showed up to Finals practice this week with hardware on his mind. As the Spurs get set for Wednesday night’s home tip-off, Vassell broke out an all-gold PE pair of the Nike Book 2, leaving no doubt to his intentions this series.

The Nike Book 2 Gold PE won’t substitute for Devin Booker’s Finals drought, but Vassell is doing his best to bring the Suns’ star’s signature shoe to the promised land. Featuring a full coat of gold leather with perforations across the top portion, the tongue and Swoosh are white, with ostrich leather on the side panel logo.

Vassell’s Gold PE Power
