Davante Adams Makes Rams Debut in Air Jordan 11 Low PE Cleats
Published
After eight years as a member of the Green Bay Packers and failed contract negotiations in the 2022 offseason, Davante Adams was traded to the Las Vegas Raiders, who eventually signed him to a five-year $141 million deal. His time with the Raiders was short-lived as he requested a trade to the Jets, but that too didn’t last. He was released this offseason and signed a two-year $44 million contract with the Los Angeles Rams. Making his debut for the LA squad, Adams took the field in a player-exclusive version of the Air Jordan 11 Low PE.
Matching his new Rams uni perfectly, Adams’ Air Jordan 11 Low PE is doused in a royal blue hue across its ballistic mesh and patent leather upper. Accenting hues of white are found on the laces and the trim of the patent leather mudguard. Final details include Jumpman branding on the heel tab, yellow lining on the tongue, and hits of yellow and white on the cleated outsole.
Back in 2020, Davante signed an endorsement deal with Jordan Brand. Since then, the brand has expanded its presence in the world of American football, signing stars like Jalen Hurts, Pat Surtain II, Tetairoa McMillian, Maxx Crosby, and Puka Nacua. They’ve even dipped their toes in the NIL world by signing brothers Zion and Zachariah Branch and Florida Gators QB DJ Lagway.
Adams' first game as a member of the Rams was solid. He caught four passes on eight attempts for 51 yards. Hopefully for those who picked him on their fantasy team this year (and for the Rams, duh) things trend upwards. He is in the latter part of his career, but Davante is still one of the best WRs in the league.
