Although celebrated for its ability to work beautifully with licensed collabs on the Classic Clog, Crocs is getting into the formal hybrid sneaker game. The clog kings are set to debut a new silhouette with a mix of an all-terrain sole from the Crocs vault and a suede upper that’s giving us serious Clark’s Wallabees vibes.

The all-new Crocs Gallery Shoe debuted in two colorways, Bark and Black Sand, in an Instagram post from Crocs Special Projects designer Ryan Forsyth. The shoe immediately stands out with its split rubber sole and raised heel. The midsole extends into the upper like a raincoat, inspired by the 2012 Crocs Tideline Sport model. The upper is a dressy contrast to the sole, featuring premium hairy suede with a raised stitch curving around the toe just like a Wallabee and similar moccasin-style shoes.

Described by Forsyth as “entering a new formal space for crocs EXP,” the Gallery Shoe is the latest in a long line of loafer-style hybrids combining sporty soles and sophisticated uppers that is currently taking over the sneaker industry. In a saturated market, the Gallery Shoe’s split heel is a unique take on the formal aesthetic.

The Crocs Gallery Shoe will be released September 30, 2025 through Crocs and select retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $100.
