After months of anticipation and Nike Kobe PE consolation prizes, the Indiana Fever star announced last week that her Swiftie-friendly Eras Tour-themed Nike Kobe 6 PE would be her last player exclusive, hinting at more movement with her signature shoe. Now, with the NBA Finals in the rearview mirror and all hoops focus on The W, Clark is fully switching gears to signature sneaker mode.

Clark changed her name on Instagram to “caitlin1,” presumably the name of her upcoming shoe, and switched her profile image to a zoomed-in look at some sneaker detailing with repeating “C” shaped nubs in an icy blue shade that look like part of an outsole to us.
In a conversation with the Kelce brothers on their New Heights podcast in February, Clark told the NFL brothers that her first shoe would use materials never seen before on a Nike hoops shoe. “The technology that we’re gonna put into it isn’t anything that they’ve ever put into a basketball shoe before,” Clark said.
Nike Caitlin 1 Release Details
