When the weather heats up in the Midwest, there’s only one thing to do - hit the lake. Whether you’re boating, swimming, lounging on the beach, skipping rocks, or jumping off rope swings, the Midwest doesn’t need an ocean to splash away from the sun. Caitlin Clark is a Midwesterner through and through, and her latest Nike Kobe PE is all about beating the summer heat like a zone defense.
Lakeside Vibes
The Caitlin Clark x Nike Kobe 5 Protro Midwest Lakes PE mixes water blue tones across the upper in two shades, with dark blue accents adding a bit of a colder touch. A darker shade of blue is found on either side of the toe, on the lace panel, and on the heel, and a pale, light blue on the toebox and side panels.
Darker blue hits are added on the sockliner, Kobe sheath logo on the tongue, and on the outline of the side panel Swoosh. The inside of the Swoosh adds some white for a bit of contrast, but will probably need some sunscreen if it’s gonna be chilling out at the lake all day.
Is the Caitlin Clark x Nike Kobe 5 Protro Midwest Lakes PE Dropping?
The Caitlin Clark x Nike Kobe 5 Protro Midwest Lakes PE doesn’t have a release date or retail price just yet, but the way things have been going with Caitlin’s Kobe PEs, we wouldn’t be surprised to see the colorway hit the Nike release calendar soon.
