Nike was all set for the Detroit Pistons to roll into the Eastern Conference Finals. With Cade Cunningham in the middle of his Swoosh-led glow-up, complete with a signature silhouette on the way, Nike had timed a Foot Locker debut of Cade’s ST Charge PE with the start of the ECF series. Unfortunately, though, Cade and the Pistons fell short, leading adidas-sponsored James Harden and Donovan Mitchell to take the spot, which they quickly fumbled in a sweep to the Knicks. Still, the show must go on, and Cade is still a star.
Cade’s Star is Rising at Nike
After dropping Cade Cunningham’s first ST Charge in the icy blue “Detroit Tough” colorway last week, we’ve now got a look at the full three-pack of PEs, including another pair we’ve seen in past previews, plus a first look at a monochrome orange pair of the armored silhouette with gold and blue accents and two-tone laces.
On all three pairs, Cade’s double-C logo is added to the tongue tag, with his jersey number “2” added on the underside of the heel pull tab. The first pair that dropped is dubbed Detroit Tough, with the tan and blue pair called Rugged inspired by the OG Nike ACG Mowabb colorway. Finally, the orange pair gets a little softer with a Sunrise Glow moniker. Beyond the three pairs shown, the pedestal photos show a pink GR colorway in the background that might be on the way soon.
Cade Cunningham Nike ST Charge PE Collection Release Details
The Cade Cunningham Nike ST Charge PE Collection will release throughout 2026, with the Rugged and Sunrise Glow pairs expected in the latter half of the year.
