The New Balance Made in UK program takes pride in its seaside factory in Flimby. The bespoke manufacturing plant is responsible for some of New Balance’s most luxurious limited pairs, and to show respect for the crew that makes the location work, NB’s latest collab was a gift to the Flimby factory team.
Bleue in Blue
The Bleue Burnham x New Balance 991v1 Made in UK comes on the heels of the London-based jewelry brand’s work building a brand-new garden adjacent to the Flimby factory. The garden was completely remade with local plants and design influence, creating a space for employees and visitors to relax and be with nature.
On the sneaker side of the collab, Bleue Burnham’s 991v1 is limited to 240 pairs, with another 240-pair black colorway on the way soon. Starting with a dark brown suede base across the entire upper, a Burnham logo in the brand’s standard vivid blue pops on the tongue, with additional blue co-branding on the insoles. A multi-color mix of stitching weaves across the brown suede upper, adding yellow, green, blue, red, and pink accents subtly throughout.

The Bleue Burnham x New Balance 991v1 Made in UK will be released September 12, 2026 through Bleue Burnham at 7 AM EDT, but with only 240 pairs made, it won’t be easy to cop.
