Bills Quarterback Josh Allen Signs with New Balance

The NFL season is officially here (sorry, Dallas), and that means new endorsement deals for stars across the league. The latest big name in the mix is Buffalo Bills quarterback and reigning NFL MVP Josh Allen, who announced a new partnership with New Balance with a dedication from the brand to support youth sports in Allen’s hometown.
In a letter announcing the brand deal, Allen tied the partnership to his love for Firebaugh, California, where he grew up. With the help of New Balance, Allen said he is dedicated to fund the youth sports program in Firebaugh, providing access for kids in the community regardless of their ability to pay.

“I’m proud to share I’m joining the New Balance family, a brand that, like Firebaugh, is built on family, community and authenticity,” Allen said. “My parents, the greatest role models I can ask for, built their lives on those principles and raised my siblings and me the same way. So, when New Balance asked me to come on board, it felt like coming home.”
Allen has spent most of his career wearing Nikes, so the move to New Balance was a huge acquisition for the Boston brand that has spent the past few years pushing into pro sports. The Bills start the season at home against Baltimore on Sunday, so you already know we’ll be watching to see what cleats Allen pulls out for the opener.
