As adidas continues to return the shell-toed Superstar to prominence with the help of Young Thug’s Sp5der, Hellstar, Samuel L. Jackson, Tyshawn Jones, and more, the Three Stripes is also bringing things back to the days of Run-DMC with a leather-clad collab with streetwear classics Avirex.

After launching the collection with a white leather pair last year, the Avirex x adidas Superstar pack continues in black this month. Featuring a classic shell toe and a full foot of premium black leather, the side panel Three Stripes branding is white with thick embroidered stitching adding layers of texture to the silhouette.
