The Albino & Preto x Nike SB Dunk Low Releases September 23

Nike SB has been on a tear lately, with the skateboarding-focused division of Nike's highly-anticipated Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 being a smashing success hype has never been higher. To add to the excitement, they’ve been readying a slew of collaborative SB Dunks, including Supreme, Yuto Horigome, and April Skateboards, though their next collaborator comes from outside the skateboarding industry. Known for their Jiu-Jitsu apparel, clothing label Albino & Preto have prepared a collaborative Nike SB Dunk Low.

The collaborative SB Dunk Low takes on an all-over canvas construction (in a similar weave to a Jiu-Jitsu gi) in a tonal “Fossil” hue that covers just about every piece of the skateboarding-ready silhouette. Added flair comes from the stitching details that help create Albino & Preto’s logo on the toebox and mimics the various stitches found on a Jiu-Jitsu gi. The Swoosh detail along the midfoot comes in black and features stitching across its design in the same fossil hue found across the sneaker. Back on the heel we see the "AP" logo embroidered in place on the Nike SB logo. Included in the packaging are multiple lace options that all coordinate to the various belt colors available to earn in the sport of Jiu-Jitsu. The Albino & Preto x Nike SB Dunk low also features a hidden tear away upper that reveals blue on the toe box, red on the Nike Swoosh, and purple on the heel tab.

Before its retail release, Albino & Preto will conduct a raffle giveaway at the A&P Nike SB Booth at Jiu-Jitsu Con in Las Vegas from September 1-2, 2023. The raffle is free, and five lucky winners will be announced at 1 pm PST on September 2. 1st place takes home the A&P x Nike SB Dunk Low, Gi, and Rashguard, 2nd the A&P x Nike SB Dunk Low, 3rd a Gi and Rashguard, 4th Gi, and 5th Rashguard.

The Albino & Preto x Nike SB Dunk Low will release September 23, 2023 through Nike SNKRS while Albino & Preto’s website and select Nike SB-affiliated retailers will host a drop on a different date. Retailing for $130, the pair will be available in men’s sizing.
