The Air Jordan 4 Retro gets an otherworldly Amethyst Wave colorway in 2022.
Inspired by the “Zen Master” himself Phil Jackson, this Air Jordan 4 Retro honors the legendary NBA coach who guided Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls to six championships and later the five more with the Los Angeles Lakers. Nicknamed the “Amethyst Wave,” they are a part of the Spring 2022 Retro Footwear Collection from Jordan Brand. This AJ 4 sports a sublimated canvas upper made up of a variety of colors to give off a tie-dye look tying into springtime. Black accents the midsole, mesh netting, tongue tag, laces and liner while translucent TPU wings, eyelets and heel tabs finish things off.
After numerous delays the Air Jordan 4 Retro Amethyst Wave is set to release June 9th, 2022. The pair will not be releasing in the US and be an EU exclusive release.
