The Jordan Board of Greatness - formerly Board of Governors - is an annual summit of Jordan Brand athletes, entertainers, family, and friends invited by Mike to get together in person for… well, no one really knows. The meeting is a private affair, and in between sneaker business talk, shots of Cincoro tequila, and maybe a card game or two, the weekend typically involves an exclusive pair of Jordans for attendees.

In newly surfaced photos, we finally get a look at the long-rumored 2019 Board of Governors Air Jordan 16. Posted to Instagram by @ayeelectric, the deep green BOG 16s feature a quilted shroud with a black bow tie graphic on the front that matches a yellow bow tie logo on the tongue. The heel features a “BOG” logo, and the vamp gets a bit of laser-engraved design flourish. An internal label reads “exclusively tailored for the Jordan Family, B.O.G. 2019.”
