As we inch closer to the beginning of 2023, we’re continuing to get news of releases slated for next year. Fan favorites from Jordan Brand like the AJ 3 White Cement Reimagined or the AJ 1 High 85 Black White have been revealed so far, though we have another release to add to our must-haves in 2023. Mimicking its high-top counterpart, the Air Jordan 1 Low "True Blue" has recently emerged.
Coming in its typical leather construction, the silhouette gets a simple true blue, cement grey, and white makeover. True Blue leather lands on the mudguard, eyestays, collar, and heel, while accenting white hits make it onto the toebox and midfoot panel. Tonal blue laces run up the grey tongue, stopping just below the embroidered Jumpman that joins the true blue party. More hits of cement grey can be found on the Nike Swoosh along the midfoot and on the mesh sockliner, though the insole nearby comes in true blue. For the final hit of branding, the heel is home to an embroidered Air Jordan Wings logo in white, piercing off the blue leather. Rounding out the look is the white AJ 1 midsole paired with a cement grey rubber outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Low True Blue is set to release in the January 2023 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Retailing for $110 in men’s sizing, GS pairs will also be offered for a $90 price tag.
