The Cleveland Cavaliers are just one win away from making the Eastern Conference Finals. Last night, the Cavs rallied into overtime and ended up squeaking out the win against Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons 117-113, and of course, Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell was a major factor. While his +/- was -4, he ended the night with 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists, and at the same time, debuted the newest colorway from his upcoming adidas DON Issue 8 sneaker.
adidas DON Issue 8 Silver Spida Details
Donovan Mitchell’s adidas DON Issue 8 in the Silver Spida colorway is a lot more wearable than the first colorway debuted by Mitchell. The last pair featured a Spider-Man blue and red finish that, while a great look, isn’t something you could rock on the daily. The Silver Spida colorway, on the other hand, is much more wearable thanks to its primarily white finish. Hits of grey and blue are found on the midfoot paneling, with a brighter pop of blue found on the tongue tag.
Trimming the top half of the upper is a volt green hue, which is also present on the internal heel counter, the Three Stripes on the heel, and inside the midfoot shank. The Silver Spida nickname probably comes from the silver used on the aforementioned midfoot shank and the silver foam midsole. Finishing the look is the white rubber outsole.

As of this writing, the adidas DON Issue 8 Silver Spida has no confirmed release. The model itself is expected to debut in the coming weeks via adidas and select retailers for $120.
