Drawing inspiration from the very core of adidas' ethos, "Impossible is Nothing," the adiZero Adios Pro Evo 1 is in its own category. According to Patrick Nava, VP of Product, Running & Credibility Sports at adidas, this shoe embodies the brand's mission to continuously challenge the status quo. With its weight coming in at a staggering 40% lighter than any of its predecessors, the Pro Evo 1 stands at the zenith of adidas running footwear.
The shoe's design exhibits the next chapter in the adiZero legacy. An innovative forefoot rocker, positioned at 60% of the shoe's length, is a trailblazing feature lab-proven to boost forward momentum and enhance running efficiency. In tandem, the evolved Lightstrike Pro foam is meticulously fashioned via a non-compression molding method, slashing weight and offering heightened energy return. Moreover, the outsole incorporates pioneering technology to deliver optimal traction with minimal heft, while the upper, crafted from a new featherweight mesh, underscores the shoe's weightless philosophy.
Elite athletes have been instrumental in the shoe's development, with in-depth insights procured during in-camp sessions in Kenya and rigorous testing in adidas' German headquarters.
