In-hand photos of the upcoming A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 12 have emerged.

Collaborators come and go within the sneaker industry, though there are a select few who continue to pump out hit after hit. One such collaborator that doesn’t seem to miss is A Ma Maniere, so far releasing their takes on the Air Jordan 1, 2, and 3, the latter of which has been named sneaker of the year for 2021 by many publications and consumers. With this storied past, it only makes sense that the brand gets another opportunity to work on coveted Jordan models, as seen on the Air Jordan 4 and an upcoming pack of Air Jordan 12s. After being previewed by James Whitner himself, detailed in-hand images have emerged on the A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 12 Retro "Black Burgundy Crush."
Using the classic AJ 12 construction, A Ma Maniere elevates the silhouette with its use of premium materials and colors throughout the sneaker. Hairy suede appears on the mudguard which comes in AMM’s color of choice, burgundy crush, accenting the black details on the nubuck upper. Just below the mudguard is a faux snakeskin foam that comes in a slightly different shade of burgundy, leading back to a Jumpman branded plastic tab. The dark tones continue on the tongue and lace set that are home to split branding details between Jordan Brand and AMM, coming on the right and left tongues as well as the two top eyestays that get a metallic finish. Adding even more lux vibes is the quilted sockliner, borrowing the black shade surrounding it. More co-branding gets placed on the pull tab with “Jordan” and “A Ma Maniere” text split between the left and right shoes. Rounding out the entire design is the black and burgundy foam midsole with the iconic AJ 12 outsole getting hits of white and black underfoot.
The A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 12 Retro Black Burgundy Crush W was originally set to release on November 17th, 2022 through Nike and A Ma Maniere. After being delayed, they will now drop on March 2nd, 2023. Releasing in women’s, preschool, and toddler sizing, the retail price for women’s pairs is set at $225.
