50 Cent is a true mogul, with his talents spanning hip-hop, business, television, film, and more. His latest endeavor is a role in the new Street Fighter film where he’ll be playing Balrog, and of course, he’s been on a major press tour promoting the new movie. While on the The Crew Has It podcast alongside co-star Andrew Schulz, 50 revealed a pair of Reebok G-Unit G6s, his Reebok sneaker that made its comeback earlier this year, in a special Street Fighter colorway.

Though the pair looks like it could be a true collab between the Street Fighter franchise and 50’s Reebok G-Unit G6, SF has a deal with Puma, who recently released a pack of Puma Suedes to honor the film. Instead, 50 commissioned a custom pair from designer Jheri Cavitt, who has previously worked with 50 Cent on a pair of AF1s for his Legacy Tour, and most recently, a pair of Jordan 1 Lows for Aisha that celebrated the R&B Tour with Usher and Chris Brown.

The custom G-Units come in the classic white-and-blue colorway released back in August, with added Street Fighter branding and designs throughout. The midfoot panel is covered in depictions of characters from the franchise, while the tongue gets an added Street Fighter logo. Aside from that, the rest of the shoe remains untouched, featuring white leather, grey suede, and G-Unit and Reebok branding details.

Is 50 Cent’s Reebok G-Unit G6 Street Fighter releasing?

Unfortunately for Street Fighter fans, the custom Reebok G-Unit G6 Street Fighter is a 1-of-1 made exclusively for 50 Cent. That doesn’t mean you can’t commission one of your own or take a crack at painting a pair yourself.
