In 2025, Nike celebrated the Air Force 1 silhouette with a special 3X Celebration colorway that combined details from multiple luxe iterations of Bruce Kilgore’s design. This pair was rendered in the timeless Triple White, and now, a Triple Black version of this What The?-esque design has appeared.
This all-black version of the Air Force 1 Low features a flurry of materials, starting with cracked leather on the mudguard and eyestays. A premium nubuck suede is found along the toebox, while the midfoot panel is made of deep black short-haired suede. Above this sits a faux fur Swoosh that runs past the faux reptile skin heel overlay to another faux fur panel on the heel tab. The metallic silver AF1-branded lace dubrae and the black-on-black rubber midsole and outsole finish the design.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low 3X Celebration Triple Black will release in Fall 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $130.
