New Balance 993 Aime Leon Dore Tan

New Balance 993 Aime Leon Dore “Tan” draws inspiration from the gritty nature of New York City. Aime Leon Dore and New Balance unveiled their Fall/Winter Lookbook that features two different colorways of NB 993 “Taupe/Tan” and “Brown”. The latest ALD x NB collaboration is reimagining the 993 silhouettes for the first time. The Taupe/Tan colorway features a premium pig suede overlay with mesh underlays. Black contrasting rubber outsole provides Ndurance and maximum traction with ABZORB midsole cushioning. This colorway is dressed in Blue, Black, Burgundy, and Taupe hues that might nod to the colors that adorned MTA subway carts in the 1990s when train "bombing" (spray paint) was considerably more frequent among city teenagers.

The 993 “Taupe/Tan” comes in a special co-branded packaging along with three pairs of cotton laces. The price of the pair is set to $200 and was released on November 12, 2021.
