New Balance 991 Patta

The New Balance 991 Patta edition is set to drop in January 2021. Made in collaboration with the Netherlands-based retailer, this pair comes in a cork and light petrol colorway. Made to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the classic 991, it sports a dusty pink premium pig suede upper. Smooth tan leather overlays, 3M reflective detailing and “Patta” branding embroidered on the heels complete the look. A “Made in the UK” edition, this pair was manufactured at NB’s famous Flimby factory.

The New Balance 991 was originally released in 2001. It was the first silhouette in the 99x series to feature an Abzorb window in the forefoot, as well as underneath the heel of the new and improved midsole design. The NB 991 also included a streamlined toebox and provided superior comfort to the performance running line at the time.

The Patta x New Balance 991 is set to release on January 29th, 2021. It will launch at New Balance as well as select stores for a retail price of $220. They will be available in men’s and women’s sizing, housed in custom packaging.
