The Jordan 1 Retro High UNC To Chicago Leather blends the colors of his Airness' college and professional basketball teams. The heel flap, heel, and check feature the iconic powdered blue of Jordan's beloved Tar Heels. The toe box and outsole are decked in Chicago Bulls' red. Black ties the blue and red together, keeping the sneaker from clashing. The Jordan 1 Retro High UNC To Chicago Leather will release on February 13th exclusively in women's sizing and is set to retail for $170.
Following the release of the Fearless UNC To Chicago Patent Leather Jordan 1 at the end of 2019, Jordan Brand is dropping the Jordan 1 Retro High UNC To Chicago Leather. There are a handful of notable differences between the two. For starters, with the new release, Jordan is ditching the patent leather for the classic tumbled leather you'll find on the majority of Jordan 1's. There are also slight differences in the color blocking - the UNC To Chicago Leather foregoes any white leather, going heavy on black, and features a powdered blue swoosh and red toe box. Perhaps most important to note: this 2020 release will come exclusively in women's sizing. The largest you can cop is a 15.5 in women's which translates to about a US men's 14 (sorry, guys size 14.5 and up). You can pick up your pair on February 13th at a retail price of $170.
