This Summer, Jordan Brand is set to deliver their latest take on the iconic "Grape" colorway of Michael Jordan's fifth signature model. Slated for a July 7th release, the Air Jordan 5 "Alternate Grape" represents a fresh and unique take on this classic silhouette. Following the initial debut of Grape 5's in 1990, we've seen a wide variety of iterations on the purple and teal color scheme - most recently the Black Grape's, Pre-Grape's, and Fresh Prince's. The new "Alternate Grape" edition features a vibrant, smooth purple suede upper along with Black and New Emerald accents throughout. A translucent lace lock, reflective Jumpman branding on the tongue, solid black midsole, and icy blue, translucent outsole finish off the eye catching design.

Just this past week, Jordan fans witnessed the launch of the Air Jordan 5 "Top 3." Now, just a few weeks later, we're seeing yet another release of a brand new Jordan 5 rendition.
