Long time music fans yearn for the days of when MTV actually played music. Yo! MTV Raps was one of MTVs most popular show in the 90s which premiered in 1987 and provided the first mainstream platform for Hip-Hop music videos, helping many legends in the rap game to make it into American households.
The Ewing brand tapped the now defunct show to produce a Yo! MTV Raps tribute on the classic 33 Hi. Coming in a mainly white tumbled leather upper, the Yo! MTV Raps logo is featured on the medial side. Accent zebra patterns make up the heel and part of the midsole in teal and pink respectively. The pink continues on the ankle strap, accented by a yellow buckle.
