Going back to 1985, the Air Jordan 1 launched to, at the time, not much fanfare. It wouldn’t be until years later that the silhouette gained its fame in the sneakerhead space, though in that same year, another silhouette in the Air Jordan family launched and still remains a mystery to this day. The AJKO, unofficially dubbed the “knock-off” version of the AJ 1, is back for another release in 2022, this time in a clean Grey Fog colorway.
Synthetic leather and canvas take over the sneaker with the latter of the two materials appearing in grey on the mudguard and eyestays while the toebox, midfoot, and heel are covered in white. Synthetic leather appears on the collar in the same white shade as the canvas below, hosting an “AJKO” branded Wings logo in black, complimenting the rest of the branding details seen throughout. More white shades land on the tongue and lace combo while the entire design is completed by a white-on-cream midsole and outsole package.

The AJKO 1 Grey Fog is loaded up on the Nike SNKRS app for a release on September 17th at 10 AM EST through their draw system. Once the draw begins, enter the raffle and after approximately 10 minutes Nike will select winners.
