When it comes to the AJ 14, the Air Jordan 14 “Light Ginger” is no doubt one of the most iconic colorways to ever grace the Tinker Hatfield-designed model. First released all the way back in 1999 in low-top form, it’s returning for the first time ever on August 17th, 2022, this time as a high-top!
Inspired by one of Michael Jordan’s many exotic sports cars, this sneaker boasts a short-haired suede construction that’s split into two sections. The back two-thirds are dipped in a vibrant “Light Ginger” hue, while the front arrives in a clean white. Complementary “Jordan” and “XIV” logos adorn the the top of the tongue and the outsole, and around the back, you’ll find a rubberized heel that’s carved with the Jumpman insignia and the number “23” to represent His Airness’ famous jersey number. Of course, it wouldn’t be an AJ 14 without the glossy shield badge on the lateral collar.
