While Jordan Brand got its start and fame from within the United States, China has been a massive part of the Nike sublabel’s success. To help celebrate 25 years in the country, the Air Jordan 12 Retro Low "Greater China" was created.
The Air Jordan 12 Low Greater China comes in a simple white and black makeup with holographic details on the mudguard. Premium tumbled leather appears just above the aforementioned mudguard while a black sockliner and pull-tab with a “Next Stop Dongdan Streetball Tournament” logo contrast this stark white. On the insole, a Jumpman logo and “25” graphic nod to the 25 years the brand has been in China. Rounding out the design is the black-on-black Zoom Air cushioned midsole and rubber outsole.
