You’ve seen it everywhere at this point. Swatch and Audemars Piguet’s collaboration, the Royal Pop, had people lining up before the product was even revealed, and at this point, customers have been camped outside of Swatch storefronts across America for nearly a week. Even after getting an official look at the Royal Pop, which was a letdown for some online, the hype for the collab is still running high. But to go alongside your poppable watchface, you’ll need some accessories.

Different Swatch x AP Royal Pop Accessories Explained

AP x Swatch Royal Pop

Since the Swatch x AP Royal Pop is a modular watch face, meaning you can pop it into select accessories, you’ll need something to attach the watch to. Swatch has an official lanyard that you can purchase separately from the $400 (Lépine) and $420 (Savonnette) Royal Pop itself. Each lanyard is priced at $45 and is constructed out of leather, with the pop-and-go attachment made of bioceramic. Each is monochrome except for the contrast stitching used on the leather portion of the lanyard.

That’s the only official accessory made for the Swatch x AP Royal Pop, but don’t worry, if you want to wear the collab timepiece as a wristwatch, there will be a ton of aftermarket bands that will pop up in the coming weeks.
