Wales Bonner Previews Its Spring/Summer 2026 adidas Collaboration at Paris Fashion Week

Grace Wales Bonner’s eponymous label often steals the show during fashion week events, especially her projects with adidas. After helping reinvigorate the Samba franchise, Wales Bonner has continued to delve into adidas’ deep archives and create new silhouettes that lean into modern trends. During Paris Fashion Week, the label unveiled a slew of new releases from the adidas partnership, including a triple collaboration with Yohji Yamamoto’s Y-3 label.

Seen in a display room during PFW, there are at least nine new releases from Wales Bonner, two of which are confirmed to be a triple collab with Y-3. Starting with this, Wales Bonner and Yamamoto revived the Y-3 Field Shoe, a foundational silhouette for the Y-3 and adidas franchise that was initially released in 2003. While it’s been in the vault for some time, the collaborative rendition of the sneaker comes at a perfect time as football/soccer silhouettes have become all the rage, especially with the World Cup around the corner.

Here, we see two colorways of the sneaker, one with a metallic copper finish and another in brown with royal blue and cream accents. Each pair features mismatched Three Stripes on the midfoot, a long tongue with Y-3 logos, and extra stitching details reminiscent of previous Wales Bonner projects.

For the mainline collection, Wales Bonner has prepped a series of sneakers, one of the most eye-catching being a woven reimagination of the Karintha silhouette. Other shoes include Y2K-inspired bowling sneaker-esque silhouettes in cream, brown, and black combos, an Adizero Adios OG in tonal brown, and a soccer cleat featuring a faux snakeskin upper. Also seen here are two colorways of a reimagined adidas Gazelle, one in faux pony hair and another in faux snakeskin.

The Wales Bonner x adidas Spring/Summer 2026 Collection will release in the first half of 2026 through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Sizing and prices are to be determined.
