Vans Swaps Pink and Black Floral Fabric on a New OTW Half Cab 33 Decon Pack

Vans is in a prime position. The skate shoe originators are back into the swing of the hype cycle thanks to an embrace of all things accessorized, bringing jewels and beads to a constant stream of classics selling out at boutiques. The success of the Pearlized Pack and Satoshi collabs is allowing the OTW to expand their reach, including a new two-pack of deconstructed Half Cabs in reverse floral print.

The Vans OTW Half Cab 33 Decon Vibram Floral Pack arrived on our radar thanks to Sneaker Politics, reminding us that there are still some noteworthy pairs that pop up at retail without warning. Made to flex and not to skate, the deconstructed Half Cabs feature a reverse mix of black and pink floral patterns.

On the black fabric, an ornate mix of green foliage with a gold tinge mixes with red berries and buds, while the pink fabric brings tonal white leaves and stems with bright red flowers. On one pair, black covers the toe, side panels, and heel, with the pink covering the toebox and the rest of the upper. The second colorway reverses the look, with pink on top and black on the toebox.
