Valorant Teams Up with fragment design and Nike on a Black Air Force 1
Quick Facts
- Hiroshi Fujiwara's fragment design and video game Valorant join forces for an Air Force 1
- The pair was released exclusively at a pop-up in Paris in tandem with the Valorant World Championship
- There's no word on a wider release at this time

First-person shooter video games don’t generally concern themselves with the footwear underneath the floating guns and grenades, but if our Valorant agents are wearing sneakers, in our mind, they’re all-black Forces. Bringing the vision to life, Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design and Nike partnered with the video game for an exclusive pop-up drop of fragment x Valorant Nike Air Force 1s.
The fragment design x Valorant x Nike Air Force 1 Low looks like a traditional pair of black leather Forces at first glance, but with a closer look, the fragment lightning bolt and Valorant V logos are added to the lateral heels. The co-branding continues on the midsole, where the raised AIR logo is accompanied by an indented FRGMNT hit on the left shoe and a matching VLRNT indentation on the right midsole.
In addition to the spike rush-ready shoes, which are nearly identical to the Triple Black fragment AF1s from last year, the collab features an all-black plush toy with every pair. Video games and sneakers have been tight like peanut butter and jelly for years now, with games like 2K and Fortnite featuring recent drops in-game and brands like Nike and Reebok collaborating with PlayStation.
The fragment design x Valorant x Nike Air Force 1 was released alongside a fragment x Valorant clothing collection exclusively at the fragment pop-up in Paris, set up as a part of the Valorant World Championship at Accor Arena this past weekend. So far, there is no plan for a wide release for the shoe, but if it ever does hit retail, you’ll hear about it first on the Sole Retriever mobile app.
