Meet Meatball, Unheardof’s Orange Friends & Family Piggy Runner 2.0

Unheardof is going ham for its Piggy Runner 2.0 adidas collab, bringing out three ultra-limited colorways of the Adistar Control 5 in bright, jelly bean color blends, complete with matching pig mascots with the same names as the sneakers. If three's a crowd, you may as well add a fourth.

After previewing an orange colorway of the Piggy Runner 2.0 in the skate-heavy release video for the first three pairs, Unheardof is now giving us a better look at the fourth friends & family pair, complete with a corresponding name: Meatball.

The Unheardof x adidas Adistar Control 5 Meatball features two tones of orange across the suede and mesh upper, a darker shade on the shaggy toe and heel, and a light, sunshiny orange on the wide-knit mesh. Hits of piggy pink are added to the Three Stripes branding and the laces to keep the pig pen theme.

The Meatball colorway of the Piggy Runner 2.0 collection is for friends and family, but sneaker photographer Andrew Dutton did tease a potential shock drop for them. Once we find out more info, we’ll keep you posted via the Sole Retriever App.
