Dogs, Monsters, and More: Undercover Adds Cartoon Flair to New Vans Collection

Undercover has been a force in the sneaker collaboration world for years now. The Japanese fashion label’s logo-heavy, dark and sleek design ethos has been a major factor in Nike’s collab language during the second half of the 2010s, and a partnership with Vans has brought out a mix of simple and graphic-heavy designs to the canvas skate shoes over the years. In their latest collab, Undercover returns to the graphic aesthetic, adding all-over print dogs and monsters to Eras and Old Skools.

The Undercover x Vans Fall 2025 collection features four shoes, two colorways of Old Skools, and two colorways of Era 95s. Each silhouette features its own all-over print graphic theme, with repeating dogs on the Eras and a series of monster drawings on the Old Skools. The monster mash Old Skools will arrive just in time for Halloween. Coming in a white canvas and black canvas base, the monsters include scaly reptiles, a horned unicorn relative, and a creepy chicken thing. Both shoes feature “Undercover Jun Takahashi” branding on the midsole and co-branded Undercover x Vans insoles.

On the Era 95s, the all-over print graphic theme remains, but instead of scary monsters, it is replaced by a cute dog. Putting the embroidered white and brown pup on top of a white canvas and red canvas upper, the Fido print shoes feature a fly buzzing above the dog’s head, a patch of grass under its feet, and an Undercover logo under every repeating dog. Just like the Old Skools, the Era 95s feature “Undercover Jun Takahashi” logos on the midsole and co-branded insoles.

The Undercover x Vans Fall 2025 collection will be released October 30, 2025 through Undercover, Vans, and select retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail prices are set at $120 for the Era 95s and $130 for the Old Skools.
