Travis Scott’s reign in the sneaker world has gone unmatched for years, even if there is a sense that his grasp is not as tight as it once was. His focus has shifted from Jordan retros and Nike Sportswear makeovers to his signature sneakers with both labels, the Jumpman Jack and Field Jaxx, though he still has plans to work on the Jordan 1 Low later this year with fragment design. Plans were for Travis to launch a slew of new colorways of his famed AJ 1 Low in the early parts of 2025; however, these were scrapped. But now, Travis himself was just spotted in the canceled Sail Shy Pink colorway.

Up until now, no one had even seen what the pair (or the canceled Pale Vanilla and Dark Pony Pink Oxford) looked like. A video posted by the man behind Fanatics and a friend of Travis, Michael Rubin, in the early parts of the year showed someone wearing what was thought to be the sneaker. However, we can clearly see these were fakes now. The actual pair that was set to release comes in a primarily pink color palette, with this shade placed on the toe, tongue, and midfoot panel.

Contrasting this are sail shades on the leather paneling around the mudguard, eyelets, and heel. A vibrant reddish-pink shade is used for the signature reverse Swoosh on the midfoot, the Nike Air text on the tongue, the standard Swoosh on the medial side, and the Jordan Wings/Cactus Jack smiley face on the heel tabs. The sneaker's sail rubber midsole and pink outsole complete the look.

The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Sail Shy Pink has no planned release at this point. Scott has previously worn unreleased sample versions of his Jordan and Nike projects, so this is by no means an indication that the pair is on the way.
