The face of golf is changing. After decades stuck in stuffy country clubs, a new generation has discovered golf’s frustrating fun, slow pace, and fresh air, and in the process, changed the energy, demographics, and fashion on the links. swang is a major part of the shift in Los Angeles, and now, the brand is getting a boost from the Jumpman with a long-term Jordan Brand partnership.

“I came into golf being myself. Jordans on, baggy shorts, a jersey, music blasting. swang grew out of that energy.” says swang founder Modi Oyewole. “It’s a place where you can pull up and tap in, whether it’s your first swing or you’ve been playing your whole life. From day one building swang, we literally had Jumpman on the top of our ‘Mount Rushmore of Brands’ Google doc. They’ve always pushed sport into culture, and that’s exactly where swang lives. It’s surreal, but it also makes sense.”
The specifics of the partnership haven’t been announced just yet, but expect a strong Jordan presence at FREE RANGE events from here on out, and don’t be surprised to see a swang collab on a Jordan Golf shoe sometime down the road.
