The Cali-based retailer has linked back up with the Swoosh on a duo of limited edition AF1 Mids. Much like the Air Jordan 2, the Air Force 1 Mid is an underrated classic. Not everyone’s top choice but both brands are looking to change those misconceptions in 2022.
While Jordan Brand has already begun their task at reviving the Air Jordan 2 with recent collaborations from Off-White, Nike is set to follow suit soon with Stussy and the Air Force 1 Mid. Two colorways are set to drop, one in all-black while the other seen below comes in black and white. These official images detail the Stussy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Black White” in all its glory. It is Highlighted by a premium leather upper which features black overlays and white underlays. Stussy branding is found via the double S logo on the perforated toe box, embroidered on the midfoot velcro strap enclosure, custom tongue tag and back heel tab.
The Stussy x Nike Air Force 1 Mid Black White is set to release May 13th via Stussy followed by a wider release on May 19th, 2022. It will launch at Nike as well as select Stussy retailers in-store and online. They will be available in extended men’s sizing, housed in special packaging with a retail price to be announced.
