The Stranger Things x Nike Dunk Low Collection Releases Holiday 2025

In 2019, Nike teamed up with the Netflix series Stranger Things to release a collection of footwear inspired by the in-show universe, including pairs for the local high school, Hawkins High, and The Upside Down, an alternate parallel dimension. The show is finally wrapping up, with season 5 acting as the season finale, and Netflix is looking to commemorate one of its most successful shows by teaming up with Nike again. The duo is set to launch a pack of Nike Dunk Low colorways inspired by the TV show.

Seen here in a phantom and midnight navy combo, the sneaker features a cracked leather upper primarily clad in phantom hues. Added details nodding to the series are found on the lateral collar, with an added branding window displaying “Nike 1987,” the year in which season 5 takes place. An upside-down Nike logo is embroidered on the tongue tag, with what appears to be extra textile that can be burned away to reveal a hidden layer underneath, like the duo’s Upside Down-themed pairs.

The insole displays an upside-down Nike logo alongside Stranger Things branding, while the heel tab mirrors the Nike text. Other details that make the pair feel straight out of 1987 are the faux-aged laces and tongue, the raw leather edge on the panels around the upper, and the scuffed, distressed aged rubber midsole. The midnight navy rubber outsole finishes the design. Alongside this pictured pair, a Black Speed Red colorway is also expected.

The Stranger Things x Nike Dunk Low Collection will release in Holiday 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $155.
