Fresh off their recent team-up with Pop-Tarts, the Colorado-based brand is venturing into a galaxy far, far away. Fans of the Star Wars saga are in for a treat as Crocs prepares to launch a clog that pays homage to everyone's favorite Wookiee – Chewbacca.
Diving into the design, the Star Wars x Crocs Classic Clog Chewbacca embodies its inspiration. The foam exterior dons a graphic print that mirrors a Wookiee's wild, furry appearance. Included Jibbitz showcase prominent symbols: a detailed Chewbacca, the speedy Millennium Falcon, and a charm that proudly reads "Let the Wookiee win," a quote from Han Solo in Episode IV: A New Hope. Further tying the look to the iconic character, an overlay mimicking Chewbacca's signature bandolier wraps around the collar and rests at the start of the brown sports mode strap. On the inside, wearers are greeted with a cozy brown fur lining and an embroidered "Crocs" tag. Adding a final touch to the upper, the words "Chewbacca" are inscribed on the sports mode strap in a crisp white. To finish, a dark brown sole mirrors the color palette, sealing the aesthetic.
