Sometimes it's the news takers that fill in the role of news makers. Hot on the heels of BAPE’s collab with Hidden NY, A BATHING APE is taking it back to NYC for a partnership with footwear media website Sneaker News. The two-pack of collab BAPE STAs takes inspiration from the city that never sleeps, splitting the pairs between NYC’s busy daytime and bustling nightlife, both with triple-stacked side logos.

The Sneaker News x A BATHING BAPE BAPE STA Day and Night Pack features two pairs in blends of grey suede, the Day pair with a mix of white and light grey paneling, and the Night pair in dark grey with hits of lighter grey on the side panels and heel.

Both pairs add hits of color on the star side logos, but instead of the standard branding hit, the BAPE shooting star logo is stacked on top of itself three times in grey, pink, and blue leather. Sneaker News logos are added to the lateral heel and the tongue tag for a healthy bit of co-branding.

The Sneaker News x A BATHING BAPE BAPE STA Day and Night Pack will be released May 6, 2026 through StockX, with a follow-up release on May 8, 2026 in New York City.
