The Slam Jam x Puma Mostro Pack Releases Summer 2025

Puma has found new life for its Mostro silhouette. Initially released in 1999, the shoe fused a spiked track runner from 1968 with a surf shoe from the ‘80s, which has made its way into fashion circles. With a newfound interest in the cult classic model, outside collaborators have been tasked with bringing more energy to the sneaker, including JJJJound, Aries, Concepts, and more. Next up for the Puma Mostro is a collaboration with European-based retailer Slam Jam.
Seen here in two clean and neutral colorways, Slam Jam elevates the silhouette with premium leather details. Each pair comes in a monochromatic color palette, one in Black and another in White, while Slam Jam’s only appearance comes via their logo and name placed on the TPU panel near the tongue. Nylon straps aid in lockdown support, coming in a tonal look to match each colorway.
Final details on the upper include the Velcro strap featuring Puma branding, a Puma logo on the TPU heel counter, and a leather tongue. Below sits the Mostro’s spiked sole unit, extending from the outsole onto the sidewall of the midsole. Finishing the design is the tonal outsole.
The Slam Jam x Puma Mostro Pack will release in Summer 2025 through Slam Jam, Puma, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
