Slam Jam Just Dropped its New Balance 5030 Collab

At the start of the year, EU retailer Slam Jam helped New Balance debut the all-new 5030 silhouette, a reinterpretation of the classic New Balance 5030. The collab pair previewed was a sample, and a few months later, we saw inline variants hit shelves and even a Grey Days colorway that looks awfully similar. Finally, after the initial teaser, the Slam Jam x New Balance 5030 is available to the public.

Slam Jam x New Balance 5030 Details

Slam Jam applies a liquid-metal look to the 5030 silhouette, with the wavy, contoured upper coated in a metallic silver sheen. This makeover is also applied to the midfoot “N” logo, though some contrast is achieved through stitching details around the logo and on portions of the collar and eyelets. Further contrast comes in the form of the speckled black-and-white laces.

Just below the lace set sits the tongue in a sleek black, with Slam Jam’s logo stamped on top. Another hit of Slam Jam branding is found on the heel tab, and the retailer makes its mark on the insole. Underfoot sits a blacked-out New Balance 5030 midsole, featuring Abzorb SBS pods in the heel and a thick, stacked foam throughout for all-day comfort. Finishing the design is the blacked-out outsole.

Slam Jam x New Balance 5030 Release Info

The Slam Jam x New Balance 5030 was released on June 26, 2026 via Slam Jam online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $153.
