size?, the UK-based sneaker and apparel retailer, is no stranger to exclusive releases. Their latest venture involves the resurrection of the classic New Balance 1906R silhouette, a tribute to the 2000s running aesthetic and luxury watches. The partnership follows on the heels of their previous work on the 1906R and the recent reveal of the retailer’s exclusive Air Max 1.
The size? exclusive New Balance 1906R Diamond District Pack comprises two iterations of the silhouette, doused in an array of vibrant hues. One colorway combines a mix of green, brown, and tan, while the other showcases a greyscale palette punctuated by pops of red and blue. The green-based design features the titular shade on the toebox overlays, suede underlays, and mesh tongue. The grey pair stands out with its mismatched "N" logo on the midfoot, with the lateral side in blue and the medial in red. Tonal midsoles, borrowed from the 860v2, and matching rubber outsoles complete the look of both sneakers. These color schemes are not arbitrary; they pay homage to grail watches, with the green number referencing the OG Datejust Green Face and the grey sneaker nodding to the Pepsi GMT-Master.
The size? Exclusive New Balance 1906R Diamond District Pack will release in 2023 exclusively via size?. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is yet to be announced.
