Korean Fashion House San San Gear Brings Moto Fashion to New Puma Collection

Motorcycle gear has always appealed to high fashion designers. Layered with protective surfaces, bulky in nature, and a perfect mix of technical necessity and aesthetic drive, it’s not hard to see why motorcycle culture continues to infiltrate runway-ready design. The latest moto-influenced design comes from Korean fashion house San San Gear and Puma, who got together for a new pack of pitch black shoes.

The new San San Gear x Puma collection features black colorways of the Talon and Mostro Cage, both with a motorcycle-ready look. The Mostro Cage features the shoe’s classic spiked sole and a black suede upper covering the lateral side and added tongue sheath. The lateral side is done in tough reinforced grey mesh with a pulley lace system on top.

The Talon is also blacked out, with a dark nubuck upper interrupted by thick TPU support panels reaching up from the sole in claw-like strips surrounding the TPU Puma logo on the side panel. The rest of the shoe is also black, with Puma cat logos on the tongue and San San Gear logos next to the top lace loop. This is the second collaboration between San San Gear and Puma, following a three-pack of velcro-close Mostros released last September.

The San San Gear x Puma Collection will be released October 31. 2025 through San San Gear, Puma, and select retailers in-store and online.
