Salomon Brings Back Iconic XT-6 Colorways For The 10th Anniversary Of The Model

Still breaking through into the mainstream of the sneakerhead world, Salomon has made major strides in the world of higher fashion as tastemakers have gravitated towards the brand's gorpcore aesthetic in the past few years. For its footwear options, the Salomon XT-6 has reigned supreme and the French-based label is giving fans of the silhouette a chance to secure some of the most popular colorways that have graced the model with the upcoming Salomon XT-6 “Recut” Pack that also will slightly retool the sneaker.

So far we’re set to receive three colorways, “Beluga,” “Phantom,” and “Kangaroo,” that all come back in 1:1 form with the iconic details that have made the XT-6 one of the more popular silhouettes. Engineered mesh takes over most of the upper with TPU overlays containing Salomon branding found on the heel and toebox. The quicklace system remains and allows for easy lockdown when on foot as does the ACS system in the sole which provides stability to the comfy EnergyCell midsole. Looking back on the colorways given in this “Recut” pack, a mixture of earth tone and neutral shades take over the “Phantom” pair while the “Beluga” features dark greys, whites, and black across the upper with orange and pink accents throughout. Rounding out the pack is the “Kangaroo” pair which comes primarily in chocolate brown and gets accented by gold, white, and tan hits.

The Salomon XT-6 Recut Pack is set to release on January 26th, 2023 through Salomon and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $200.
