The “Sasquatch” colorway of the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog finally sees a wider release.
The collaborative project between designer Salehe Bembury and Crocs on the Pollex Clog silhouette has seen a wide range of colorways make it to the public with new iterations seemingly coming every month. In recent memory, we’ve seen the “Cobbler,” “Tide,” and “Kuwata” renditions released, all of which have been widely available compared to the original collection way back in December 2021. One pair that saw a small launch over in the EU, the all-black “Sasquatch” colorway, has just received a wider release date.
Coming in an identical construction compared to all other Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog releases, the “Sasquatch” colorway sees a monochromatic black shade take over the fingerprint-inspired foam clog. The grooves and ridges throughout the upper mimic three of Bembury’s fingerprints and feature various perforations, aiding breathability and comfort as a part of the Pollex Siphoning System. Working back, the “sports mode” strap gets a slight tweak as it features nylon as well as co-branded details between Crocs and Bembury. These same logos also appear on the textured footbed while the entire design is rounded out by the outsole below, host to rubberized pods located in high-impact zones.
The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog Sasquatch is set to release via beaspunge.com on November 10th, 2022 while a wider release through Crocs and select retailers set for November 18th. Retailing for $85, the pair will be available in men’s sizing.
