The Reese Cooper x UGG Collection Releases April 2025

UGG surprised sneakerheads last year, teaming up with hype brands that have brought unfound energy to the heritage label. Following up on projects with Gallery Dept., Ambush, and Palace, UGG is teaming up with acclaimed Los Angeles-based designer Reese Cooper for a functional, terrain-ready twist on two of its most iconic silhouettes.
Cooper applies his multidisciplinary approach to reengineering the Classic Mini and Classic Ultra Mini boots, elevating the UGG staples for versatile performance in the city and the great outdoors. CORDURA® UltraLite water-resistant fabric is on the Classic Mini, paired with an elastic toggle at the collar for an adjustable fit. Three earthy colorways have been crafted on the model: Peyote, Black/Black, and Mandarin Red.
The Classic Ultra Mini receives a waterproof upgrade with non-wicking textiles and GORE-TEX lining, which is offered in Black and Kalamata for even more technical protection. Both styles, built for everything from hiking and fishing to everyday wear, are rooted in Cooper’s vision of creating a UGG boot that could withstand all types of weather without sacrificing comfort or style.
“The goal for me was to create an UGG that could be considered a true everyday shoe. The only thing I ever struggled with when it came to UGG boots was the weather, so material choice and function came first when initially designing. Once those aspects were locked in, it was just refining and tweaking colours and shape to be more interesting but still wearable daily,” said Reese Cooper when speaking on the shoe’s design.

"By reimagining our iconic heritage styles through his classic American lens, this exciting collaboration speaks to all types of terrain and activities, including hiking, fly-fishing, beautiful natural environments. The collection allows everyone to engage with the outdoors."
The UGG x Reese Cooper Collection will release on April 11, 2025, through UGG, Reese Cooper, and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in unisex sizing, the retail price is $250 for the Classic Mini and $200 for the Classic Ultra Mini.
