Though the Charlotte Hornets couldn’t secure a playoff run this year, their future continues to look bright with LaMelo Ball going into his third NBA season. The rising superstar is also making waves, somewhat off the court, through his signature sneaker with Puma, the MB.01. With previous colorways selling out and often getting experimental in design, the duo is set to drop a Team Colors Pack, already appearing in a "Triple White" and white/red makeup. Adding one final colorway to the list is the upcoming Puma MB.01 Low Team Colors "Blue."
As with the other colorways within the pack, the mono mesh upper and a majority of the sneaker takes on a white appearance with accenting blue hits. These aforementioned blue hits can be found on the vamp, eyestays, and embroidered wings logo around the collar. Running up the white mesh tongue is a matching set of laces, working around the phoenix logo and towards the “1 of 1” logo atop the tongue. Accenting the black sockliner is the Galaxy graphic-laden insole, complete with white Puma and LaMelo Ball cobranding. Completing the look is the white NITRO foam midsole and white rubber outsole.
The Puma MB.01 Low Team Colors Blue is set to release alongside the other two colorways in this pack on July 13th, 2022 through Puma and select Puma retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s and grade school sizing, the retail price is set at $120 for men's pairs.
